RE: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
Enforcement of Parking Regulations
(County Code, Chapter 24, Article 8)
Pursuant to Section 1(d) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of
the Council of the County of Hawaii, this written approval is
submitted in regards to Communication No . 1018 (Bill No. 223) ,
for waiving said referral from the Human Services/Public Works
Committee so that appropriate action can be taken by the Council
on the next Council Meeting being held on March 6, 1996 .
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed
advisable that such waiver be granted.
