Additional Funds for this project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or Other Sources ($2 million) and State Capital Improvement Project Funds ($6 million), for a total appropriation of$8,150,000, to be used for project planning and construction. Funds provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development would be used for rental assistance for eligible participants.
