In the current Budget Ordinance 19-73, $50,000 is appropriated in the Office of Housing and
Community Development's (OHCD's) Home Program—Program Income account. Additional
program income funds in the amount of$80,000 is anticipated to be collected.
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these
additional funds to OHCD's Home Program—Program Income account bringing the total
appropriation to $130,000. This additional program income will be in the form of loan repayments
for the OHCD's TBRA program.
This bill is being submitted concurrently with a bill to appropriate funds from the Community
Development Block Grant(CDBG). Also being submitted concurrently with this and the other bill
is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to execute and submit the 2020 County of Hawai`i Action
