Kierkiewicz, Council Member ' Lti RE: Proposed Amendments to Bill 141;Relating to Changing the District Classification Please find the attached proposed amendments to Bill 141, as discussed at the March 10,2020 meeting of the Planning Committee. The amendments are illustrated below via Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill 141; (material to be added is underscored). Two conditions as provided in Section 2 of Bill 141 are amended as follows: 1. Condition J is amended by clarifying siting of proposed structures: J. All proposed structures shall be sited a minimum of 100 feet from the shoreline mauka of the ala loa/Jeep road. 2. Condition K is amended by clarifying maximum height of the proposed structures: K. All proposed structures shall have a maximum height of 25 feet and that height determination will be made in accordance with Chapter 25,Article 1.
