Socap Walk, Sacramento, CA 95811. This money will be used to purchase tourniquets for the Hawai`i County Police Department. The tourniquets will be assigned to Police Officers for use in the field to save lives. The Police Department is requesting that this resolution be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the April 8, 2020 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
