SUBJECT: Resolution No. 544, Draft 2; A Resolution Transferring/Appropriating an
h Appropriation out and from a Designated Fund Account and Crediting Same to a
Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to Keaukaha Community
Association Inc. for a Reimbursement of Expenses Related to its Community
Feeding Program.
Attached is Resolution No. 544-20, as amended to Draft 2 with the contents of Communication
No. 827.1, as duly approved by the Council on March 25, 2020.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires that final action on amended
legislation be taken at its next regular meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 544-20, Draft 2.
