REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: March 25, 2020 Re: Comm.No. 808/13ill No. 151 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 11:40 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 151, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 151, transmitted by Council Member Susan Lee Loy, via Communication No. 808 <br /> dated March 6, 2020, amends Ordinance No. 19-74, as amended, relating to public improvements and <br /> financing thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. <br /> The bill increases the Waidkea Uka Park and new Community Center improvements project by <br /> $8 million.
