SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds—Council District 7—LEO Club Educational
Outreach Efforts
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Lions Club of Kona Community Foundation
Inc.,to support the Kona Soil and Water Conservation District and Konawaena High School
LEO Club's educational outreach efforts.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
