Aloha,
I strongly urge you to vote for Bill 145 Draft 2 when it comes up for its second reading in two weeks by
the full council.The transportation projects slated to be funded by this bond float are much-needed,
which will help with congestion and traffic circulation island wide.
These projects will also give a stimulus boost for our island's construction industry. It will provide a huge
economic, and employment, boost in light of the potential job losses in tourism industry due to the
Corona virus.
