COMMUNICATIONS 843- URGENT REQUEST FROM CONCERNED KONA RESIDENT

Aloha Hawaii County Council Members,
Due to rapidly changing circumstances from the COVID-19 virus pandemic, I am
urgently requesting an immediate minimum 15 day "shelter in place" mandate for our
island & also 15 day quarantine to all incoming visitors or residents. I understand that
the economic repercussions from this horrible pandemic will be devastating, but we
have so many precious kupuna on this island & our medical facilities cannot and will not
be able to handle widespread infections & illness.
I am grateful for your service. I pray you will honor my urgent request.
