Aloha,
I'm Dandylyon Darr
My concern for the city council meeting:
The duplex house I am renting is for sale on the market, mine is the only occupied. The realtor is
planning on having an open house every other weekend, including this weekend, until the house
is sold.
Since the pandemic there has been one open house, a tourbus of a dozen-20 realtors, and a few
showings. I recently asked to cancel yesterday's showing because I don't feel well, and I honestly
don't want anyone in my home while this is going on.
I had pushback from the irritated realtor because of a sign I posted at my door that said "Aloha,
enter at your own risk, I've been coughing and sneezing, Mahalo" which one viewer opted out of
entering. I need to know my rights as a tenant during this pandemic. I don't want to break any
laws but I need to make sure my husband and I are safe.
