Aloha Chair Chung and Council Members,
There are many important,upcoming issues and agenda items.
Your service in this time is very much appreciated and honored.
In this time, there is great fear and growing mistrust of our institutions including our government
agencies.
It is very important that we all state facts, truth and stay calm.
YOU as our local leadership representing each district has constituents who want a voice in
issues affecting them.
I ask Chair Chung and all of you to provide mechanisms to the hear the voice of the people
as you have done in the past.
Teleconferences recorded of the proceedings, and allowing email and teleconference
testimony WILL GO A LONG WAY during this stressful time.People need to be heard.
