To whom it may concern:
Due to the EXTREMELY limited hospital resources on island,you must impose mandatory closures of
non-essential businesses as well as non-essential travel restrictions to the island. This needs to happen
now. Please act swiftly so we can limit the exposure and spread of Covid-19 without leaving it
completely up to individuals.
