Dear County Council,
We need mandatory closures of public gathering places and mandatory quarantine of everyone arriving
on flights before this gets out of hand. Our only chance is now.There is still time to protect Big Island if
we act fast before our medical system gets overburdened and we run out of PPE.We are already
rationing masks and it is putting our healthcare workers and the entire community at great risk.
