Aloha Kakou e Na Luna Kaiaulu,
This is testimony in support of mandating restaurants to move to take out or delivery services
and closing all bars and clubs. I am also encouraging you to stop non-essential air travel from
out of state into our county. We need to make the best effort now to get behind the curb and
keep our community safe above profits. It is better for us as a community to take a short term hit
financially rather than a catastrophic hit, if our medical services get overwhelmed. I urge you to
enforce previous state and federal guidelines in lieu of profit.
