Aloha Council members,
I hope this finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy. I know you know we need mandatory
closures of public gathering places and mandatory quarantine of everyone arriving on flights.We
should do this before this gets out of hand. There is still time to protect big Island but we need to get
on top of this now. A lockdown is coming one way or another. If we do it now before it gets too bad,
we will keep our medical system on this island functioning, and lockdown could be for a shorter
period of time. Most importantly we will save lives.
