RE: Bill 155, Draft 2; An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 19-73, as amended, the
Operating Budget for the County of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2020.
Attached please find Bill No. 155, as amended to Draft 2. Bill No. 155 was amended via a
verbal amendment at the Council meeting on April 8, 2020,to correct one of the source
descriptions in Section 2 to read as follows: "Kaiaulu 0 Waikoloa Rental Housing".
