") <br /> - �'==��'�/1t STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ATE OF�M.„ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 587 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARK MAINTENANCE AND/OR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AT VARIOUS FACILITIES IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 2. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br /> diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br /> interests of the community in a safe and well-maintained environment; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council District 2 has various park facilities in need of maintenance and/or <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, these improvements include, but are not limited to, facility renovations, <br /> fencing, landscaping, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for park maintenance and/or improvement projects in Council District 2. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $5,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $5,000 <br /> Transfer to Capital Projects Fund-G <br /> (Discretionary Projects—Council District 2, <br /> 110.588.5589.33.115) <br />
