.,oJ�ZY of........... <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> �'-�-��'�d' STATE OF HAWAII <br /> *• �_� �* <br /> .•'•, �Oil N .;�:��•. <br /> . f <br /> gtF•OF•MF� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 589 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT.TO PURCHASE TENNIS NETS FOR LINCOLN <br /> PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, plans, <br /> conducts, arranges, and promotes organized recreation and athletic activities for all age groups at <br /> recreation centers and facilities throughout the County of Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, <br /> wishes to replace the aging and worn tennis nets at the Lincoln Park facility; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase <br /> new tennis nets and for shipping costs; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase tennis nets and for shipping costs to replace aged and worn <br /> tennis nets at Lincoln Park. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,400 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101:91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,400 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $1,400 <br /> Recreation Div Oce <br /> 225 Educ-Recr-Scientific Supplies <br /> (Tennis Nets for Lincoln Park) <br />
