,--;,..R5';`,,°-OF N,�. <br /> �.;_ -''�=�,'�!:t <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ATE OF•H►'4 <br /> ____,) <br /> RESOLUTION NO.. 588 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO ASSIST WITH THE PURCHASE OF A <br /> REFRIGERATOR FOR THE HILO ARMORY CONCESSION AREA. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division,plans, <br /> conducts, arranges, and promotes organized recreation and athletic activities for all age groups at <br /> recreation centers and facilities throughout the County of Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation rents its facilities for community <br /> events and wants to provide refrigeration capacity for the sponsors of such events to keep food <br /> safe; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation requests funding assistance to-pay <br /> for the purchase of a new refrigerator for the Hilo Armory concession area; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to assist with the purchase of a new refrigerator for the Hilo Armory <br /> concession area. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $900 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $900 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $900 <br /> Recreation Div Equip <br /> 480 Misc Equipment <br /> (Hilo Armory Concession Area-refrigerator) <br /> p- •. <br />
