To: Council Testimony
Please follow Honolulu and Maui's lead and issue a shelter in place for Hawaii County effective
immediately. As an isolated island we have a unique opportunity to (maybe) get ahead of the
spread of the virus, save our healthcare system and people from suffering, and get businesses up
and running faster if we act now. Close the airports (even interisland) and suspend mortgage
• payments and bills to ensure people are able to make ends meet.during this unpresidented time.
