Mayor Kim's Disastrous Lack of Plans for Covid-19

Aloha!
We must act immediately to shelter-in-place,restrict travel, close beaches and parks, restaurants
take-out only, and prepare field hospitals with the National Guard ready to mobilize and prepare
for possible exponential rates of cases of Covid-19.
It is inconceivable to not heed the warnings of China, Italy, and other countries. We in the
Islands are in an optimal state to provide safety by containment for all our citizens.
It is a criminal action to go against the Governor and Lt. Governors plans to restrict non-essential
travel and shelter-in-place. This must be addressed and rectified now,by whatever means you
have as Council.
