Aloha council members,
Please understand how important it is to prioritize the health of our people over that of economic
stability,just for a moment. We are intelligent and creative, and will figure out how to manage the
impacts of our changes. We might even discover that this incredible challenge sets the stage for a more
thoughtful way of living. Yesterday was the time to mandate closures and very strict travel restrictions,
but today, now, is second best. Please do it.
