I think you have a frighteningly short window to make the right decisions. You need only to look at other
countries. China has the benefit of being a police state so they can make quick decisive decisions. You
need to do the same. We need a full lockdown and travel ban.The people will thank you. Hawaii is the
joke of the nation in response to this 45th out of 50!This is like buying insurance.You get it and hope
it's a waste of money. Be too conservative, and if it turns out you overreacted then great!The
alternative of not doing enough is full on catastrophe.
I've been watchingthis thingplayout. Do nothing,then do a little,then a little more and then it's too

late. Get this done, make the hard decision. Shut this place down for 3 weeks, lives literally depend on
you right now and you're letting them down.
