Testimony for Covid 19 Date MAR 2 0 2020
To: Council Testimony
My name is Lianne Tamasese and I ask that Governor Ige and Mayor Kim take swifter and stronger
actions to fight the spread of Covid 19.The citizens of Hawaii want stricter guidelines in order to keep
our island and people safe.We have the ability to learn from China, Italy and other states mistakes in
handling this virus, and it would be a shame if we didn't and went down the same path. Please enact an
order for anyone entering Hawaii to go through a 14 day quarantine and to enforce a mandatory shelter
in place for Hawaii residents for at least two weeks.
