I also suggest screening on arrival at the airport and testing anyone who shows symptoms or fever. Hawai'i County has limited ICU beds, ventilators and personnel to care for the critically ill. This virus has the potential to totally overwhelm our healthcare system here if we don't take drastic measures now. We won't be able to fly anyone to O'ahu because they will have their own cases to deal with. I see the potential for us to be facing the same situation that Italy is in now, and that is not an exaggeration. Again, I urge you to adopt and implement these drastic measures now, before the virus gets out of hand here. Let us minimize death and extreme stress on our local medical resources. Thank you.
