Testimony for emergency meeting today Date MAR 2 0 2020

Aloha,
Please read my testimony that we should take action now to protect against COVID 19.
I suggest we require covid 19 testing or quarantine for all passengers arriving on flights or
support Lt. Governor Josh Green in suspending all flights to the islands for at least 15 days.
We also need mandatory closures of all public gathering places. Thank you for considering my
concern and and gravity of this situation.
