I am writing to say that I oppose Resolution 568-20 as it currently stands. First, given that this resolution
addresses a well-established community issue, it is improper to hold this hearing during a pandemic, when
community members will be unable to attend and testify in person. This hearing should be deferred until the
public can.join.
Second, and most importantly,the current resolution is extremely vague in language. The current draft does not
state explicitly when reimbursements should start or end. The open-ended language in this reso needs to be
made limited to set dates and dollar amounts. It cannot be a "blank-check like it is now. The resolution and
attached wording/MOA should not be approved as written.
This resolution should not be passed.
