To: Council Testimony
Aloha my name is Damien Awai and I think it's unfair to the public to hold meetings during a pandemic
while it is unsafe for the public to,attend is my first concern.
Second on 586-20 i feel we need to limit reimbursement to a reasonable amount and time frame. NOT
OPEN to when ever or how ever much! It leaves to many questions on a budget outlook and could be a
waist of money. Unless somebody plans on making some money off the public safety?
I believe that the funds and time frame should be payed for previous protection.And limited!
