I oppose resolution 568-20 unless the resolution specified the amount of money to be paid to the
county of Hawaii and that I oppose the memorandum of agreement between the county of
Hawaii and the state of Hawaii for the reimbursement of law enforcement actions relevant to the
TMT protest on this memorandum unless there is a termination date of that agreement of
December 31, 2019.
