I am against this Resolution and attached "wording"C-855,which is the MOA,should not be approved.to reimburse
private security&Police during protest of TMT.
The resolution asks for reimbursement for 2019-but then has an attached agreement(C-855)asking for unlimited
reimbursements into the future as well with no end date. The two documents do not correlate because the resolution
asks only for 2019 reimbursements.This is part of the attached agreement. They removed the previous 5 year end date.
Aaron Chung called the previous agreement"The Mother of All Blank Checks."
This resolution and efforts to further the building of the Thirty Meter Telescope favors the special interests of corporate
corruption and goes against the will of the Native Hawaiian Kanaka Maoli and supporters who oppose TMT.
Please do not approve Resolution#568-20 and attached C-855.
