Subject: Oppose#568-20 •
I oppose agenda item 4568-20 that allows a reimbursement for the use of law enforcement against"protestors"of TMT for an unlimited period of time.
Hawaii county should be reimbursed only for expenses incurred until December 31,2019 and should be stated as such on the actual resolution.
There should be a termination date on the actual resolution.
There should he a total amount of funds stated on the actual resolution.By now the County of Bawai'i should know exactly what the expenses are.
Any attempts to continue TMT construction during the pandemic is horrific and unconscionable as you would put everyone at risk(workers,kia`i,police).What is your motive to
put human lives at risk?
