I would like to submit written testimony regarding Resolution 568-20. I kindly ask you to OPPOSE this resolution. 1
am strongly opposed to this resolution because it has no specific amounts or timeline. I appreciate the complexity of the
Mauna situation but now is definitely not the time to fast track the construction of TMT. Please don't allow any legislation that
would force people to endanger themselves or their community at this time. This Pandemic isnot the time to be doing anything
non essential,including protesting or construction of a telescope. Thank you again for serving your community and now more
then ever do we need to make better choices that look.further down the track for a better.Hawaii.
