I am reaching out to state my opposition to Resolution 568-20,the acceptance of payments from the State of
Hawaii to Hawaii County, unless it specifies specifically the amount of monies owed. I also oppose the
Memorandum of Agreement unless an expiration date of 12-31-2020 is noted.
