To Hawaii County Council: I OPPOSE resolution 568-20 for the following reasons. Date APR 0 7 2020
There is no set dates to this bill and such no stipulations to time caps or a cap in a cost. This resolution would essentially
be a blank check for the use of county police as a private security forces. This is not fair to push this bill forward while
we are in a pandemic. Please postpone this bill until the public can come testify safely.
