My name is Liana-Alise Gabriel. I am emailing to oppose#563-20. Hawaii county should only be reimbursed
for expenses incurred until December 21., 2019.
Furthermore, any attempts of TMT construction during this pandemic is inconceivable, putting everyone at risk.
T.t is not essential work and should not be done behind the backs of native Hawaiians as it is being done at
Sherwoods, Waimanalo.
