I implore all those concerned to reject resolution 568-20 as it currently stands. Not only do I disagree with the original (&
apparently blatant) mismanagement of funds, I also believe it to be an "underhanded move"to revisit such a resolution
during this time of pandemic.
Please consider the fact that.ANY"open ended agreements"void of limitations are not only damaging to Hawaii's
residents, but they also allow an "open door"for corruption as we move forward.
i could list myriad reasons as to why you might want to consider the passing of this resolution against better judgement,
but let's not open every can of worms-unless necessary.
