Subject: OPPOSE Resolution 568-20
I am writing to voice my opposition against resolution 568-20 and do not wish to see it advance any further.
As a kanaka maoli, I feel using our tax monies to pay for anything so many of our people feel strongly against is
complete and utter disrespect. Furtherfore that huge some of monies was used for a peaceful protest. i find zero
sense in any of that mess.
My hope is that our elected officials will no longer be held to the evil selfishness of greed. That we will finally
but the best interest of the people. Of the land that gives us life. And the natives who rightfully own and belong
and have all the rights to this birth lands.
1 stand with my fellow kia'i in the protection of anything and everything that identifies us as a people, as a
culture. Let this be just a tiny gesture to correct the wrong done hundreds of years ago to our Hawaiian
kingdom.
