T am writing to oppose resolution 4568-20 that is on your agenda for April 8, 2020.
I am also in opposition of the the memorandum of agreement as there is no specific dollar amount given in
regards to monies owed to Hawai'i county by the State for law enforcement actions relevant to the TMT
protests. Furthermore,the memorandum of agreement should also include an expiration/termination date of
12/31/2019 as there has been no expenses incurred for law enforcement for this purpose since then.
