I oppose Resolution 586-20 as it is written. Whereas the MOA is not included and no dollar amount is
indicated, and whereas public testimony is restricted due to the pandemic, I oppose Resolution 586-20 and
request that that the hearing be deferred until pandemic is over and the public can properly weigh in on the
resolution with testimony.
