Subject: Testimony regarding resolution 568-20
To Whom it may concern,
I am in opposition to resolution 568-20 and the MOA unless(1)the MOA specifies the dollar amount owed to the Hawaii
County Police Department,and (2)the MOA explicitly states an expiration date of December 31,2019. I implore all of
you to vote against this resolution unless those two requirements are met.
