I am Katherine Roseguo, East Hawaii voter and taxpayer. I am writing in support of the state reimbursing
• the county of Hawaii for law enforcement activities over the past year related to TMT. This version is much
better than the previously introduced version. Thanks to the county council for trying to be
responsible. This is the right thing to do. Let's make 2020 the year we do the pono thing.
