To: Council Testimony
Aloha Mai Kakou,
I am against the passing of Resolution 586-2o. This is a horrible time for the County to
embark in such changes without the people whom this will effect being able to
participate in providing in person testimony.
Additionally, reimbursements should be limited to past enforcement actions in 2019.
The Resolution as it is written allows for too much discretion and money available for
something the community has blatantly stood against.
