am against this resolution as it is and it should not be passed, unless the resolution specifies the amount of money
to be paid to the County of Hawaii.
I also oppose the Memorandum of Agreement between the County of Hawaii and State of Hawaii, unless there is a
termination date of December 31, 2019.
