Re: Amend Bill 159
Bill 159 was transmitted to Council on April 9, 2020 to set up the proper accounts and
appropriate Community Development Block Grant(CDBG)funds for the Office of Housing
and Community Development(OHCD). The OHCD wishes to amend Bill 159 in order
to make the following changes (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material
to be added is underscored): _
SECTION I_ Ordinance No_ 19-73,as amended,is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in
