Hawaii County should only be reimbursed for expenses incurred through Dec 31, 2019, this is stated on the agenda but does not appear in the actual resolution. There is no termination date on the actual resolution. a There is no total amount of actual funds listed on the resolution. The C©H should know this figure and state such. During the current global pandemic, is it unconscionable for any TMT construction attempts be made which would jeopardize many people and public health. Mayor Kim and the County should be held personally responsible for any and all repercussions resulting from any and all construction attempts should they proceed at this time.
