Aloha all!
I write in support of resolution 565-20. As Mr. Richard Taaffe has stated in
his testimony, health care providers look to various payor sources to compensate
providers, such as the 'gest Hawaii Community Health Center. The recent action
taken by State officials to limit neighbor island providers to only two health plans,
as described in Resolution 565-20, will affect access to health care services here on
the Big Island and will also affect providers like the health center economically,
