Increases the Waiakea Uka Park & New Community Center Improvements project
by $8 million. Additional Funds for this project shall be provided from General
Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund — Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
($2 million) and State Capital Improvement Project Funds ($6 million), for a total
appropriation of $8,150,000, to be used for project planning and construction.
