RE: Resolution No. 568-20, Draft 2; Resolution Authorizing the Office of the Mayor
to enter into a grant agreement with the State of Hawai`i Pursuant to HRS 46-7,
for a grant to the County of Hawai`i.
Attached please find Resolution 568-20, as amended to Draft 2 with the contents of
Communication No. 855.1, as duly approved by the Council on April 22, 2020.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 24(1)(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires that final action on amended legislation be taken at its next regular
meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 568-20, Draft 2.
