Support of Reso No. 568-20
To: Council Testimony
As these documents are now aligned and will provide the$5,342,262.00 which represents the exact
amount owed the County of Hawaii for costs incurred up to December 31, 2019, we are in support
of this resolution.
Mahalo to the Hawaii County Administration for following the rule of law in the future and seek
permission to enter into such agreements before incurring the cost.
